Job description：

  1. Preparation and official submission of documents, delivery of official documents and notices to clients, providing professional advice in the course of patent agency;
2. Patent research, drafting and translation of patent application documents, reply to examination comments;
3. Other works related to patent review, patent invalidation and tort litigation, etc.

Job requirements：

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. High logicality, highly organized, strong power of understanding, strong language ability and writing ability;
3. With patent agent qualification certificate, familiar with domestic and international procedures of patent application, review, invalidation, litigation and other related works;
4. Those who can use AutoCAD, CORELDRAW, SoliWorks, Proe or other three-dimensional graphics software are preferred.
